Investigating
Dear Client, As of May 1st, 2025, 01:00 GMT, AQA data is not appearing under the Reporting and Evaluation tabs, nor is it being delivered via Snowflake Share or Data Out APIs.
Current Status:
AQA processing is functioning correctly for all interactions and individual interactions—scores are visible on each interaction's detail page. However, the consolidated AQA data is currently not rendering on aggregate views such as Evaluations and Reporting. Additionally, any recent data extracted through Snowflake Share or Data Out APIs may display null values or missing records for AQA scores.
Next Steps:
Our escalation team is actively investigating this issue and is treating it as a priority. We are targeting a resolution by May 3rd, 2025. Once resolved: Historical data will be fully restored and visible in the application. Data extraction jobs will be re-run to ensure completeness in your Snowflake and API-based reporting environments.
