Dear Customer,

We are currently experiencing delays in Interactions processing.

Our Engineering team has implemented mitigation measures and is actively working to clear the processing backlog. We expect the current backlog to be cleared within the next 3–4 hours, followed by reprocessing of affected interactions.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as progress is made.
